Q) Can I participate in FSFS Conference ?

FSFS Conference is open to public subject to availability of seats. Admission is restricted through online registration and provide on First-Come First-Served mode. Hence you are requested to register at the earliest.

Q) Where does the event happens ?

The location of the conference is Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala state. The program will be conducted at Mascot Hotel (http://www.ktdc.com/Mascot.htm) which is conveniently located right in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram city (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trivandrum) 

Q) How to reach the venue?

It's just 20 minutes from Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (www.trivandrumairport.com) and 5 minutes from Thiruvananthapuram Central Rail (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trivandrum_Central) and Bus terminals by road. You can avail service of local Taxi, Auto or Bus to reach the venue.

Q) How can I pay the registration fee ?

You can either pay it as cash at the venue or by Cheque/DD in favour of FSFS Conference. Payment can be made at the conference secretariat at Kerala State IT Mission or at the conference venue on 9th December 2008. 

Q) When will the registration close? Will I be able to register directly at the venue?

You can register directly at the venue. But It's more advisable to register online and come directly to the venue so that you can avoid the possible risk of losing the opportunity of participating in the conference. Those who register online will be given priority.

As said earlier the registration does not cover the  accommodation for the participants.
